HELLO i am DONUT or DANEY or the ominous spectre of the letter D or whatever you would like to call me

the noid is my roommate and he is writing a book

it is hard to live with a disgraced fast food mascot

This twitter is a personal/art/oc x canon ship/general hobby twitter. I try not to get too venty. I'm just here for a good time 😊

you shouldn't have to learn a bunch of arcane rules to feel comfortable interacting with me.

Here are things about me that might be a dealbreaker or dealmaker for you:
-i'm over 30! if that's weird for you, please keep that in mind :)
-Not keen on shipping discourse of any kind! I will not reduce incredibly personal matters to a pithy faction title easily inserted into a twitter bio.
-Don't vague me. Please talk to me if you need something from me. I can tell if it's about me.
-I talk about food a lot so if that is potentially troubling for you, it might be best to avoid.

Feel free to talk to me about any of these! If we operate in the same universes I probably want to be friends and interconnect with you 😊

Shared faves OK, please just don't be weird. I will probably wait for you to make contact first. If we're relatively close and you catch feelings for a character I like, please don't be anxious- talk to me :)

(click for OC info πŸ₯°) (They are all named Daney. It is not my name, but it is my name.)

An early-thirties grad student specializing in some intangible, esoteric arts field, Girl Sunday finds herself in over her head dabbling in the world of villainy. In search of meaning, and a decent dental plan, Girl Sunday aligns with the Guild of Calamitous Intent, accompanied by her closest friend, roommate, and partner in crimes both figurative and literal, the burgeoning cat burglar Shocking Pink.

A chance encounter with Pete White, also known as The Pink Pilgrim, also also probably known as some dumb shit like whiteroom69 on Overwatch, leads her on a chaotic path of destruction. Enamoured, repulsed, and repulsed at the fact that she is enamoured, she works through her conflicting feelings in the only way she can: attempting to professionally bother him.

The path is arduous; to get what she truly wants, she must form a shaky alliance, working under the utterly insufferable Augustus St. Cloud. While their names are conveniently matched, the similarities end there: St. Cloud is bewildered by her fixation on White, oft insisting we have albino at home.
In absentia, she surmises that all St. Cloud really needs is a real friend, and maybe that’s her. These delusions are quickly dispelled once they work together, though she keeps trying anyway.
She hopes she will, eventually, strike some manner of ludicrous bargain with St. Cloud, and secure solo arching rights for White, so that he can be hers alone.

While wholly useless in combat and relatively unskilled in criminal conduct, she is logistically skilled and a proficient social engineer: she is very good at people, and whether through less-than-honest methods or incredibly honest methods, can usually find her way in or out of a situation.

She wants to know your birthday. She’s going to make your dinner. She’s your mom now. There is no escape.

The home-cooked hero: Hello Nurse

QUIRK: Cooking with Love
(Food she cooks grants enhanced regeneration when consumed.)

An incredibly late bloomer, Hello Nurse did not discover her quirk until well into her twenties: it is, after all, difficult to diagnose a cooking-based quirk on someone who's yet to learn how to cook. Growing up thinking herself quirkless, she decided as she grew up that she needed to excel in some manner of art or craft to make up for her inadequacies. She found cooking, and through this, found power.
Looking to cast off the stigma of her youth, she relocated to Japan, where the hero industry was bustling and could make good use of her abilities. Unfortunately, her conversational-but-not-fluent language skills and lack of support network left her floundering, and mostly just cooking foods from home for other expat heroes-to-be.
Eventually, a new friend in her new country referred her to Sir Nighteye, assessing that they would have a great deal in common, given their complementary neurotic collecting habits and Sir's keen strategic intuition. Working together, they effort to define and test the limits of her abilities and bargain hunt at hobby shops.

You know how it goes. The Warrior of Light. Slayer of gods. Liberator of nations. Thwarter of the baddest of the bad, even when he gives tsundere puppy eyes and implies they did the nasty in the past-y (life).

She has little time for this past life regression drama, but cares for him nonetheless. Perhaps the greatest punishment for unspeakable evil is to be made to live in suburban Ul’Dah.
